Q: How do I make a booking at Best Friends Pet Lodge?
A: Phone us on 083 656 2230 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm availability and receive your furkid’s book-in forms and invoice. Once we have received your 50% deposit, your stay at the best lodge in town will be secure. All bookings must be confirmed with a 50% deposit within 48 hours of making the booking. Thereafter the booking is released.
Q: What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
A: special arrangements can be made on request if you are not able to stick to these times:
Check-in times are strictly between 8:00am & 10:00am
Collection times are strictly between 2:00pm & 4:00pm
Q: Must I bring food, blankets or toys with?
A: You are more than welcome to bring along any items that will make your furkid(s) stay even more enjoyable. All guests will be served Montego Classic. If your dog is on a special diet, please bring their food with them when you book them in. Beds & Blankets are not required, they will be supplied.
Q: What are the basic requirements for booking in my furkid?
A: Proof that vaccinations are up to date. All guests have to be sterilised (unless prior arrangement has been made). All guests need to receive a top-spot treatment.
Q: Cancellation/Fee Policy
A: Guests departing before the indicated departure date will be charged for the full contracted period, no refunds will be given. A 15% administration fee will be deducted off any cancellation. No refunds at all for cancellations 2 weeks before arrival.
