I received great service from booking to checkout. Pick up and drop off was very easy as they are organised and have everything ready. Marna and the BFPL team took great care of our two spoiled fur kids during their week stay. The Cabanas and enclosures are spacious with a perfect sun shade ratio. Enclosures are very well kept and clean. They also provide a splashpool for cooling off on hot summer days. I received daily updates and photos. The staff was great and truly cared about the well-being of our dogs. I would highly recommend BFPL.
